Delivery and Returns

Delivery

We deliver to the UK (which includes Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland) and selected countries listed on the website.

We will usually deliver to the delivery address stated in your website order. Should this address be wrong all charges incurred will be payable by the customer.

Postage will be worked out using our next day courier service. We do use other courier services so please contact us to request an alternative quote. If no contact via email has been made prior to receiving payment we will send according to the stated delivery and the associated charges.  We will do our best to get your item to you as quickly as possible. We usually post 1 to 2 days after receiving payment. If you wish to buy more than one item please contact us before completing payment and we will calculate the combined postage cost and send you a reduced invoice. If you need your items urgently please email us for a quote for express delivery.

Please contact us before placing an order if you require any other delivery methods, such as courier or internationally.

Royal Mail “aims to deliver most First Class mail by the next working day, including Saturdays” although it could take up to seven days for an item to be delivered. By placing an order you agree that we are not responsible for late delivery and that, unless specifically requested or advised, time of delivery is not of the essence of any contract between us.

If goods are lost or damaged in transit, please advise us as soon as possible and in the case of damage, no more than 48 hours after receipt of such goods. You will need to make a claim against Royal Mail (or other applicable delivery company) in such circumstances and you agree not to hold us liable and await compensation from the Royal Mail/other company. The reason you need to make the claim is because if we make the claim we only get paid the cost price of the product, not the retail price.

We may, at our absolute discretion, consider a refund or return and exchange for goods damaged in transit.

Returns and Cancellations

You can cancel your order at any point before we email you to say your order has been shipped without any cost. Email or call 01623 723089.

You can return the goods and receive a full refund of the purchase price if you email info@towerhighlearning.com or call 01623 723089 WITHIN SEVEN BUSINESS DAYS FROM THE DATE YOU RECEIVE THEM (the “7 Day Guarantee”). You do not need a reason to want to return the goods.

If you want to return the goods under the 7 Day Guarantee, you are totally responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us. You are responsible for loss or damage to the goods and so we recommend that you return the goods by Royal Mail Recorded or Special Delivery.

Any goods returned under the 7 Day Guarantee must be in saleable condition and in their original packaging. The cost of rectifying any damage to the goods or packaging will be deducted from any refund made.

If you fail to return the goods to us within 10 business days, we will arrange for them to be collected by courier and you will be liable for those collection costs.

We will refund the purchase price in full within 10 business days of our receipt of the goods, subject to clause 4.

This cancellation policy does not affect your statutory rights.
